Alexa Grasso is a former UFC women's flyweight champion from Guadalajara and the first Mexican fighter to win UFC gold, training out of Lobo Gym under her father Pancho Grasso. She dropped the title to Valentina Shevchenko in the rubber match of their trilogy at Noche UFC in September 2024, then returned in March 2026 to submit Maycee Barber. She heads back to Noche UFC to face the division's number-two contender, Manon Fiorot, with a shot back at the title picture on the line. Her record includes a split draw with Shevchenko from their second meeting.

Manon Fiorot, 'The Beast,' is a French flyweight contender who has lost only twice as a professional — both by decision, in her second pro fight and in a 2025 title challenge against Valentina Shevchenko. She has otherwise finished seven of her thirteen career wins, most recently stopping Jasmine Jasudavicius in the first round in October 2025. She now gets a former champion in Alexa Grasso on Mexican Independence Day weekend with a road back to the title on the line for the winner.
