Greg 'Punch First' Foster is a 34-year-old lightweight out of Tucson, Arizona, training at The MMA Lab, who earned his UFC contract on Dana White's Contender Series at an age when most prospects have come and gone. He won a unanimous decision over Jason Asher in October 2026 to extend his win streak to four, following finishes of Kerry Lattimer and G. Meza earlier in the year. His only professional loss came by decision to Richard Jennings at Southwest Brawl: Gods of War in May 2025.
