The style
A former UFC light heavyweight champion, Blachowicz is a Polish veteran built on heavy hands, underrated grappling and championship-level experience at 43 years old — the second-oldest fighter on the UFC roster. His late-career run has been rocky: a clear decision loss to title contender Carlos Ulberg in London in March 2025, a majority draw with Bogdan Guskov at UFC 323 that December, and a brutal first-round TKO loss to short-notice replacement Navajo Stirling at UFC Belgrade in August 2026 that drew calls from fans for him to retire. He recently signed a new UFC contract and trains out of WCA Fight Team in Warsaw.
