Buchecha is one of the greatest Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitors ever, a multiple-time world champion who converted to MMA in ONE Championship and signed with the UFC in July 2025 at age 35. His grappling remains elite, but he has struggled when fights stay standing and is winless in three UFC appearances, going 0-2-1 with a knockout loss to Ryan Spann in April 2026. No return bout is currently scheduled.
