Aljarouj was born in Aleppo and arrived in France at 15, turning pro in 2020 and building a 13-3 record with 2 NC out of Old School Academy in Villecresnes. He won the Hexagone MMA flyweight belt by TKO in June 2024 and defended it by first-round knockout, before dropping a controversial 2025 title fight to Romero dos Reis that was later overturned to a no contest. He has not yet fought in the UFC and is set to debut against fellow regional champion Fabia Sintes in Paris in September 2026.
