Serghei 'Polar Bear' Spivac is a Moldovan heavyweight who has quietly been a top-ten fixture for years by doing the unglamorous things well. He lands takedowns at a 59 percent clip and finishes fights on the mat with smothering ground-and-pound and eight career submissions. Losses to Jailton Almeida and Waldo Cortes-Acosta knocked him back, but he rebounded with a solid decision over Ante Delija in February 2026.
