Tofiq Musayev is one of the most decorated fighters ever to come out of Azerbaijan, winning the 2019 Rizin Lightweight Grand Prix — including a final he fought with a broken hand. He arrived in the UFC unusually late, debuting at 35, and was submitted by Myktybek Orolbai in his home-country debut in Baku.
